The video shows the two SUVs in the Hyundai Xtor’s signature “Ranger Khaki” color option

The teaser images and video show the two SUVs in the Hyundai Xtor’s signature “Ranger Khaki” color option, which features a black roof. Hyundai has blacked out all the chrome elements on the SUV duo while some “Adventure Edition” badges have been installed on the outside.

All-black interior theme

Although the teasers do not show the cabin of the special editions of the Creta and the Alcazar, we believe the carmaker might introduce them with an all-black interior theme like the Exeter, possibly with some green accents.

six airbags

In terms of features, both the SUVs come loaded with common features like 10.25-inch touchscreen system, ventilated front seats, a panoramic sunroof and cruise control. Its safety kit includes six airbags, electronic stability control (ESC), rear parking camera and ISOFIX child seat anchorages.

Hyundai likely won’t tinker with the existing powertrain setup of the Creta-Alcazar duo

Hyundai will most likely not tinker with the existing powertrain setup of the Creta-Alcazar duo. The Creta comes with 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol (with 6-speed MT and CVT) and diesel engines (with 6-speed MT and AT). On the other hand, the 3-row Hyundai SUV is equipped with the same 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine (6-speed MT and 7-speed DCT) and the same diesel unit as the Creta.

Price of both SUVs

Expect their respective special editions to command a slight premium over their respective petrol and diesel variants. For now, the compact SUV is priced between Rs 10.87 lakh to Rs 19.20 lakh, while the 3-row SUV is priced between Rs 16.77 lakh to Rs 21.13 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
