On the other hand, when IDI reached Satyendu Apartment in Morhabadi at 6:30 in the morning, the flat was found locked. It was learned that Bipin Singh had absconded with his family and belongings in the morning itself. After which IDI called the owner of the flat, Prabhat Pandey, searched the flat and later sealed the flat. The strings of continuous raids are somewhere connected with former DC Chhavi Ranjan of Ranchi.
