At the same time, the city council is blaming the drainage route that has been destroyed due to the construction of NH for the water logging. Municipal Council Executive Officer Pankaj Kumar Sinha told that the main water route coming out of the city has been completely destroyed due to NH construction. At many places, NHAI officials were written to complete the construction of drains for drainage of water. The construction agency of NHAI also got the drain constructed, but due to non-completion of the work, the drainage of water got blocked.
