Ranchi Deputy Commissioner Rahul Kumar Sinha took stock of the preparations for the state level program to be organized on December 29 to commemorate the completion of four years of Hemant Soren government at Morhabadi Ground. During this, Deputy Development Commissioner Dinesh Kumar Yadav, Superintendent of Police (City) Ranchi, Rajkumar Mehta, Nazarat Sub-Collector Kewal Krishna Aggarwal, District Welfare Officer Sangeeta Sharan and District Public Relations Officer Dr. Prabhat Shankar and other officials were present. While giving directions to the officials, DC said that there should be proper seating arrangement for the people, drinking water for the people in the venue, toilets and cleanliness in the surroundings, live telecast of the programme, arrangement of LEDs, security arrangements, vehicle parking. Asked to keep all the arrangements including tableau display by various departments smoothly. He directed the officials to complete the preparations for the function before time.
