In police interrogation, the mastermind of the vehicle theft gang, Ramjani s/o Hariom, resident of Jaraiya Mohalla, village and police station, Rajkheda, district Dhaulpur, told that there are two other members in his gang, whose name is Shankar’s son Roshan Singh, resident of village Chahalpura, police station Kolari, district Dhaulpur, Sohail. Son Insaf Ali is a resident of Gutter Wali Gali, Nari Pura Thana Shahganj. All three people together run a gang of vehicle theft. The accused told that they used to break the lock of the bike parked in the district hospital with a screwdriver and steal it. Ramjani is the mastermind of the vehicle thief gang.
Four motorcycles, scooty and parts recovered
Another member of the gang, mechanic Shankar, used to cut two-wheelers and separate their parts. After that, the third member Sohail, who works as a scrap dealer, used to sell these parts of vehicles in the market. DCP City Suraj Rai told that four motorcycles, one Activa scooty and eight number plates along with some parts of two-wheelers have also been recovered from these three accused. These people have a long criminal history. He has also gone to jail many times.
