The country has already received the gift of Vande Bharat Express train. Now Indian Railways is continuously working towards increasing the network of Vande Bharat train. In this series, there is a plan to launch Vande Bharat Sleeper Train and Vande Bharat Metro also soon. Railways is preparing for this in full swing. It is expected that Railways can launch it by February or March. Vande Metro train will connect metropolitan cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai with nearby small cities.
Sleeper Vande Bharat will have 16 coaches
Last year in October, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav had shared the picture of concept train-Vande Bharat on social media. He also said that the Vande Bharat Express sleeper train is being designed to run at a speed of 160 km per hour. He had said that there will be 16 coaches in the Vande Bharat sleeper train. Indian Railways is also preparing to launch Vande Metro train. According to media reports, the first Vande Metro train may arrive in January or February. It will have 12 coaches. Its maximum speed will be 160 kilometers per hour.
