Those who have completed graduation degree with minimum 60% (55% for reserved and disabled candidates) marks can apply for the post of Junior Assistant Manager. For Executive-Sales and Operations, the qualification required is graduation in any stream.
Age Range
The minimum age of the candidate to apply is 20 and the maximum age is 25 years. Reserved category candidates will be given relaxation in maximum age as per rules.
pay scale
Candidates selected for the post of Junior Assistant Manager will be given CTC Rs 6.14 to 6.50 lakh (Class A City) and candidates selected for the post of Executive-Sales and Operations will be given Rs 29,000 per month in the first year of joining and Rs 31,000 per month in the second year.
Know about the selection process
Candidates will be selected for these vacant posts by the bank on the basis of online test, document verification, personal interview and pre-recruitment medical test. The online test will be of two hours, in which 200 questions of 200 marks will be asked. All questions will be MCQ type. These questions include 60 questions for 60 marks for Logical Reasoning, Data Analytics and Interpretation, 40 questions for 40 marks for English Language, 40 questions for 40 marks for Quantitative Aptitude, General Economy Banking Awareness, 60 questions for 60 marks for Computer ID. Will be. The written examination for Junior Assistant Manager posts will be conducted on December 31, 2023, and the examination for executive posts will be conducted on December 30, 2023. The provision of negative marking is applicable in both the examinations, hence one fourth mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
