Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has said that the work of laying rescue pipe from the debris of Silkyara tunnel has been completed and 41 laborers trapped in the tunnel for the last 16 days will be taken out soon. Rescue workers completed the work of drilling 60 meters of debris in the tunnel by Tuesday afternoon.
