uttar pradesh police recruitment: Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board regarding the driving efficiency test for selection to the post of constable driving police vehicle in Civil Police, Armed Police and Provincial Armed Constabulary of Uttar Pradesh. First parameter of driving efficiency test is garage test.

Road driving test is the second parameter of driving efficiency test.
Those who succeed in the garage test will be taken for road driving test. In this, the vehicle will be driven on the road following the traffic rules and according to the prescribed speed and traffic signals. Candidates found successful in driving the vehicle properly and safely will be considered eligible. They will be passed. Candidates who fail to choose the vehicle according to the prescribed speed and traffic signals while following the traffic rules on the road, will be considered failed and will be thrown out of the examination.
The third parameter of driving efficiency test is parallel parking test.
The third test of the candidates who pass the gazing test and road driving test will be related to parking. According to the information received from Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board, parallel parking test will be taken for the candidates who pass the gazing test and road driving test. Parallel parking: The vehicle will have to be parked at a distance of 15 feet between two light vehicles. Also, the candidate will not look behind while parking the vehicle.
Driving efficiency test will be held in Sarojininagar
Driving efficiency test of the candidates eligible for selection to the post of reserve driver will be conducted by the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) between October 4 and October 5, 2023. It will be completed on the grounds of Noornagar Madrasa, Tehsil Sarojininagar, Lucknow. Information regarding the date and time of the driving efficiency test has been made available to the candidates separately through the admit card. To avoid any delay in reaching the Driving Efficiency Test venue, candidates have to report at the testing venue at 08:00 am for the examination as per their admit card.
Those who did not appear in the examination will get a chance
According to the information received from Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board, if the candidate is not able to appear in the driving efficiency test on the scheduled date and time, then he will be given one chance. He can submit a representation to the selection committee through the controlling officer of his district, corps or unit to appear in the examination on some other date. After considering his/her representation, the selection committee may decide to allow him/her to appear in the examination on some other date and time. In this regard, only one additional chance will be provided to the candidate. If after this he fails to appear in the examination, he will be considered failed in the examination. Candidates will have to submit this representation by the last date already fixed by the Board for this examination. Any representation given after the last date will not be accepted.
