UPSC 2023 Result: Bihar has proved its mettle from the beginning in the UPSC Civil Services Examination. Shivam Kumar Tibrewal, a resident of Bithan in flood-affected Samastipur district of Bihar, has secured 19th rank at the all India level in the UPSC 2023 Civil Services Examination. Shivam’s father Pradeep Tibrewal is a medicine shopkeeper by profession and mother Santosh Devi is a housewife.
Shivam’s early education
Shivam took his primary education from Bithan Saraswati Shishu Mandir. He studied class 10th from PSP High School Bithan. After this, he completed his studies till 12th from St. Xavier’s, Muzaffarpur. Shivam Tibrewal had a dream of becoming an IAS since childhood.
Also worked in Mercedes, also became Income Tax Officer
Shivam is currently an Income Tax Officer and is currently posted in Nagpur. Shivam Kumar Tibrewal used to work in Mercedes Company in Bengaluru. After this, he left his job at Mercedes and started preparing for UPSC, because his dream from the beginning was to become an IAS officer. Meanwhile, with 309 rank in UPSC, he also became Income Tax Officer in Nagpur, but his passion for IAS was still there. Due to his hard work and courage, Shivam achieved his goal and this time his dream came true when the UPSC results came out. He got 19th rank in UPSC 2023 Civil Services Examination.
Failed in first two attempts but did not lose courage
Shivam told that he was not successful in the first two attempts of UPSC, but he did not let his courage sink and in the third attempt he succeeded by securing 309 rank. However, Shivam still did not stop and tried for the fourth time with his dream of becoming an IAS. The result of this courage was now in front of him. By securing 19th rank at All India level, he hoisted his flag in this UPSC examination.
