UP Weather Update Today: The rains started in Lucknow from June 28 and continued intermittently on Friday as well due to the activeness of the monsoon. At the same time, the Meteorological Department has issued a warning of heavy rains in western UP including Lucknow in the next 24 hours. Due to the activation of monsoon in the last 24 hours, it has rained in western UP including Lucknow, Rae Bareli, Amethi, Sultanpur, Gonda, Pratapgarh, Balrampur, Basti, Azamgarh and Ayodhya. Out of this maximum rainfall of 116 mm has been recorded in Pratapgarh and 84 mm in West Jalaun. Meanwhile, an average of 1.6 mm of rain has been recorded in Lucknow. At the same time, the normal day temperature was recorded at 30.3 and at night 26.7 degree Celsius. Meteorologist Atul Kumar Singh said that the monsoon is fully active in the state. There may be heavy rains in the capital during 24 hours. In the event of active monsoon, there are possibilities of heavy rains in the coming days as well.
