UP Weather Update: With the departure of Sawan in Uttar Pradesh, the humid heat is troubling the people. There has been no heavy rain anywhere in the state during the last 48 hours. The humidity has become more effective due to sunlight. According to the Meteorological Department, at present there is no hope for people to get relief from the heat.

According to the Zonal Meteorological Center, Lucknow, the weather will be generally dry in western Uttar Pradesh on Friday and there may be rain and thundershowers at one or two places in Purvanchal. Along with this, the maximum temperature in Lucknow and surrounding areas is expected to be 35 degree Celsius and the minimum temperature is expected to be 27 degree Celsius. The Meteorological Department has not issued any alert on Friday.

According to the Zonal Meteorological Center, there is no possibility of heavy rain anywhere in the state in the first week of September. On September 2, weather will remain dry in western Uttar Pradesh and rain and thundershowers may occur at one or two places in eastern Uttar Pradesh. After this, there will be similar weather in the state on 3, 4 and 5 September as well. After this, on September 6 also there are chances of rain at one or two places in western Uttar Pradesh and some places in Purvanchal.

Recently, light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning was recorded at one or two places in eastern Uttar Pradesh. Whereas the weather remained dry in western Uttar Pradesh. At some places the night temperature has been recorded higher than normal.

According to the latest weather conditions, the monsoon trough at the mean sea level is running along the foothills of the Himalayas, between 3.1 to 4.5 km above the sea level, a cyclonic circulation has formed over eastern Uttar Pradesh and adjoining Bihar. There is no possibility of any major change in the maximum and minimum temperature in the state for the next four days.
