According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of lightning along with thunder at one or two places in Eastern Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday, while the weather will remain generally dry in Western Uttar Pradesh. Thunderstorms along with lightning may occur in Azamgarh, Mau, Ballia, Sultanpur, Ambedkar Nagar and its surrounding areas. Along with this, there is a possibility of thunder and lightning in Prayagraj, Pratapgarh, Sonbhadra, Mirzapur, Chandauli, Varanasi, Sant Ravidas Nagar, Jaunpur and Ghazipur districts.

According to meteorologists, similar weather is expected in the state on 27, 28, 29 and 30 September. After this, October will also start with almost similar weather and there may be rain and thundershowers at one or two places in Western Uttar Pradesh and at a few places in Eastern Uttar Pradesh. There is no possibility of any major change in the minimum and maximum temperatures in the state for the next four days.

According to meteorologists, due to favorable weather conditions, monsoon has withdrawn from some parts of western Rajasthan on September 25. One area of ​​cyclonic winds is over southern Gujarat and the other over central Maharashtra. The cyclonic circulation over south-east Uttar Pradesh extends up to 1.5 km above mean sea level. The cyclonic circulation over interior Odisha and adjoining area is inclined towards south-west with height between 3.1 and 7.6 km above mean sea level.
