UP Weather Update: Monsoon is now preparing to depart amid minor fluctuations in the weather of Uttar Pradesh. It will start from Western UP. After this, monsoon will disappear from other parts of the state also. However, light rain or drizzle may be seen. There will be a change in the weather from October. Meanwhile, the effect of humid heat will continue.

According to Zonal Meteorological Center, Lucknow, the weather will be dry in the western part of the state on Thursday, while there may be rain and thundershowers at one or two places in Purvanchal. During this time, there are chances of lightning along with thunder. Similar situation will remain in the state till October 1. After this, on October 2 and 3, there are chances of rain and showers at one or two places in Western Uttar Pradesh and at some places in Eastern Uttar Pradesh. The minimum maximum temperature in the capital Lucknow and surrounding areas on Wednesday is likely to be 35 degrees and the minimum temperature will be 25 degrees Celsius. There is no possibility of change in maximum and minimum temperatures in the state during the next 4 days.

According to the Zonal Meteorological Centre, Lucknow, the withdrawal of monsoon has started from some parts of the country. Conditions favorable for the departure of south-west monsoon have started. That monsoon has started withdrawing from western Rajasthan. According to Atul Kumar Singh, senior scientist of the Zonal Meteorological Center, the withdrawal of monsoon in Uttar Pradesh will start from some parts of western UP. Monsoon will start bidding farewell in the next 24 hours. During the next one or two days, conditions have started becoming favorable in some more parts of North West and adjacent West Central India. There is a possibility of rain in Purvanchal till one-two October. The effect of easterly winds coming from the Bay of Bengal still persists in the eastern areas. Because of this there is moisture in the atmosphere. However, now there is no situation of heavy and heavy rain.

Due to cyclonic pressure, a low pressure area was formed in Lucknow on Wednesday. Because of this, the conditions remained favorable for rain and it rained at some places. However, this rain was only nominal. According to meteorologists, sunlight causes local instability in the atmosphere, due to which there was sporadic rain at some places. In this situation, monsoon may stay in Lucknow for one more week. There are chances of rain from the night of 30th September till 2nd October.
