UP Weather Update: In Uttar Pradesh, people have got relief at many places due to the change in weather. There has been an impact on the temperature due to easterly winds blowing along with rain and disturbances being active near the state. The effect of heat has reduced in day and night temperatures at many places. In the last 24 hours, people felt relief from Purva Hawa in Lucknow. The movement of clouds continued. At some places, humid conditions persist. Meanwhile, according to the Meteorological Department, the effect of monsoon will continue in many parts of the state for about a week. However, its impact will be less in the districts of Western UP. After this the monsoon will bid farewell.
According to the Zonal Meteorological Center, the maximum temperature in the capital Lucknow and surrounding areas on Sunday is expected to be 34 degrees and the minimum temperature will be 25 degrees Celsius. Atul Kumar Singh, senior scientist of Zonal Meteorological Centre, Lucknow, said that there is a possibility of withdrawal of monsoon from Western India in the next three-four days. Its effect will remain in Uttar Pradesh for just a week. Because of this, there will be relief from heat.

The effect of easterly wind is visible in the weather. Along with this, a system is active over Southern Bihar which is providing relief to Eastern Uttar Pradesh.
Talking about Western UP, the heat has made people miserable in many districts including Meerut. However, in the last 24 hours the sky became cloudy and the weather became humid. It rained in Shamli, while in Baghpat and Muzaffarnagar it became dark during the day.
According to the Zonal Meteorological Centre, there may be rain and thundershowers at some places in the state on Sunday. Apart from this, there are also chances of lightning falling. After this, on 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29 September, there are chances of rain and thundershowers at one or two places in Western UP and at some places in entire Uttar Pradesh. During this period, there is a possibility of lightning along with thunder at one or two places in Purvanchal. There is no possibility of any major change in the maximum and minimum temperatures in the state during the next four days.
