UP Weather Update: Due to the weakening of the monsoon in the last forty-eight hours in UP, there is a humid heat condition in most of the places. During this time, due to lack of heavy rains, the effect of heat is being seen in most of the areas. The humidity level in the season has reached 89 percent. There has been no rain in Lucknow and surrounding areas for the last two days. Even on Tuesday morning, there was a feeling of heat amidst light clouds in the sky.

According to the Meteorological Department, the residents of Lucknow will have to wait for the clouds to rain heavily. Monsoon activities have weakened in other parts of Uttar Pradesh as well. According to the way the Meteorological Department is forecasting heavy rains, it is not raining.

Despite the movement of clouds throughout the day, it is not raining in many districts. However, due to the rains in the mountains and the release of water from many places, the fierce form of other rivers including Ganga, Yamuna is being seen in UP. The families living in the areas adjacent to the banks of the rivers have suffered a lot. Many families have migrated to safer places amidst the possibility of floods.

Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of rain and thundershowers at some places in the eastern part of the state, including many places in western UP, on Tuesday. People have been advised to be vigilant regarding lightning. At present, there are chances of rain till July 23 in the state.

According to the Regional Meteorological Center, Lucknow, there is no possibility of any major change in the maximum temperature in the state in the next 48 hours. After this, an increase of 2-4 degree Celsius can be recorded. At the same time, there is no possibility of any major change in the minimum temperature.

In the capital Lucknow and its surrounding areas, the maximum temperature is expected to be 35 degree Celsius and the minimum temperature is expected to be 28 degree Celsius on Tuesday. In the last 24 hours in Uttar Pradesh, maximum heat was seen in Banda. The maximum temperature was recorded here at 37.6 degree Celsius. At the same time, the minimum temperature in the state was recorded at Churk at 24.8 degree Celsius.

According to the Regional Meteorological Center, Lucknow, an alert has been issued in many districts regarding rain in the state in the next 24 hours. These include Bijnor, Amroha, Bulandshahr, Mathura, Aligarh, Sambhal, Rampur, Badaun, Kasganj, Hathras, Agra, Firozabad, Etah, Bareilly, Pilibhit, Shahjahanpur and Farrukhabad.

Similarly Mainpuri, Etawah, Auraiya, Kannauj, Hardoi, Lakhimpur Kheri, Lucknow, Unnao, Kanpur Dehat, Jalaun, Jhansi, Hamirpur, Mahoba, Lalitpur, Banda, Fatehpur, Rae Bareli, Kanpur Nagar, Amethi, Pratapgarh, Kaushambi, Chitrakoot, Prayagraj Yellow alert has been issued in Santakbirnagar, Varanasi, Mirzapur, Chandauli and Sonbhadra.

Meanwhile, the process of increasing the water level of the rivers is going on. The water level of other rivers including Ganga, Yamuna, Sarayu is becoming increasingly dangerous. The maximum damage is being caused by the overflowing rivers due to rain. The situation has worsened in many districts.

Both the rivers Ganga and Yamuna have assumed a fierce form at this time. In Agra and Mathura, people living in the embankment areas are scared due to the Yamuna’s attitude. The swollen Yamuna is flowing half a meter above the danger mark in Mathura. Its water level is increasing by 2.5 cm every hour. Water has been filled in more than a hundred colonies. More than two thousand people have taken shelter in relief camps.

The 12-year record of the water level has been broken on the Kachla Bridge in Badaun. Even after this the water level is increasing further. Here people are worried about the flood. Similarly, the water level of Saryu in Barabanki is also increasing the difficulties of the people. Saryu in Ayodhya and Ramganga in Shahjahanpur are creating a serious situation.

An increase in the water level of Gandak river has been recorded in Kushinagar. The water level of Ganga is continuously increasing in Farrukhabad and Hapur, due to which people are scared. In the next two days, where there is a possibility of increasing the water level of many rivers, there is a possibility of flood in many places. There is a possibility of worsening the situation in the villages and urban areas situated on the banks of the Hindon, Ganga-Yamuna rivers.

In view of the present condition of the rivers in the state, the concerned districts have been alerted regarding the possibility of flood. If needed, people have been advised to take them to safer places immediately. SDRF has been instructed to remain alert.

According to meteorologists, the low pressure area is now over western parts of Jharkhand and adjoining north Chhattisgarh and north interior Odisha. The associated cyclonic circulation extends up to mid-tropospheric level, tilting southwestwards with height. It will move in west-northwest direction towards North Chhattisgarh.

Along with this, the monsoon trough is passing through the center of the low pressure area of ​​Ganganagar, Churu, Gwalior, Satna, Balasore and then towards the southeast through the Bay of East Central Bengal. A cyclonic circulation is expected to form over northwest Bay of Bengal by July 18. Because of this, its effect can be seen in the weather of Uttar Pradesh as well.
