While there was light to heavy rain in various places of the state on Sunday, the Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of rain on Monday as well. In view of this, an alert has been issued for different districts. There are chances of daily rain in the state till July 1.

According to the Zonal Meteorological Center, Lucknow, with the monsoon becoming active in the entire state, now rain showers will be seen continuously drenching people. Monsoon has entered the entire state on Sunday. As soon as it arrived in Lucknow, it rained for the first time. However, the residents of the capital are still waiting for heavy rains, so that they can get complete relief from the humid heat.

In the capital Lucknow and surrounding areas, the maximum temperature is expected to be 37 degrees and the minimum temperature is 27 degrees on Monday. At the same time, Orange and Yellow alerts have been issued for many areas in the state for the coming days.

Light to moderate rain occurred at most places in the state from Saturday to Sunday. On the other hand, it rained heavily at some places in eastern Uttar Pradesh. During this, Najibabad in Bijnor recorded maximum rainfall of 205 mm. It rained 3 mm in Hardoi, 11 mm in Etawah, 36 mm in Bareilly, 28.5 mm in Moradabad on Sunday. Apart from this, rain was also recorded in other areas of the state.

In view of the progress of monsoon, now heavy rain alert has been issued in Banda, Chitrakoot, Agra, Firozabad, Mainpuri, Etawah, Auraiya, Jalaun, Bijnor, Moradabad, Rampur Bareilly, Hamirpur, Mahoba, Jhansi, Lalitpur and surrounding areas. Has gone.

As soon as the monsoon is fully active in the state, the effect has been seen in the maximum temperature. The maximum temperature at all major places in the state has now come down below 40 degrees. In the last twenty-four hours, the maximum temperature was recorded at 39.5 degree Celsius in Gorakhpur, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 23 degree in Barabanki.

Along with this, due to rain, the mercury has come down below 30 degrees in many areas. Day temperature was recorded below 30 in Meerut, Najibabad, Bareilly. A similar situation will be seen in areas with heavy rains.
