According to the Regional Meteorological Center, Lucknow, there has been no rain in the capital in the last 24 hours in many districts including Lucknow. Apart from this, the same situation is being seen in many other districts as well. In the next five days, there will be an increase in the maximum temperature in the state. The maximum temperature is likely to increase by 3-4 degree Celsius. At the same time, there is no possibility of any major change in the minimum temperature.

In Uttar Pradesh, maximum heat was seen in Agra in the last 24 hours. The maximum temperature was recorded here at 36.8 degree Celsius. On the other hand, the minimum temperature in the state was recorded at 24.2 degree Celsius in Najibabad.

Barabanki, Kanpur, Hardoi, Etawah, Lakhimpur Kheri, Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Ballia, Bahraich, Prayagraj, Fatehpur, Banda, Sultanpur, Faizabad, Gorakhpur, Basti, Jhansi, Auraiya, Hamirpur, Bareilly, Meerut, Agra, Aligarh, Bulandshahr in the state And in Shahjahanpur there is heat due to lack of rain.

Meanwhile, in the last 24 hours, Najibabad received maximum rainfall in the state. According to the Meteorological Department, about 11 mm of rain has been recorded in Najibabad. At the same time, two mm of rain has been recorded in Muzaffarnagar.

Mohammad Danish, Senior Scientist of Regional Meteorological Center, Lucknow said that the maximum temperature in Lucknow city is expected to be 35 degree Celsius today. While the minimum temperature can be 27 degree Celsius or a little more. He told that only a few districts from eastern Uttar Pradesh to western Uttar Pradesh will receive rain on Wednesday. At present, the speed of monsoon has slowed down, due to which it is raining less these days.

Meanwhile, the process of increasing the water level of the rivers is going on in the state. Where Ganga and Yamuna’s attitude is intact, Sharda has started cutting fast in the districts bordering Nepal. The water level of Saryu is on the rise in Ayodhya and Barabanki. In the next three days, many districts have been alerted in view of cyclone and rain. Seeing the attitude of the rivers, people living in the coastal areas have moved to safer places.

The water level of Ganga in Badaun and Yamuna in Mathura has increased rapidly. Due to this, the situation of flood has remained in their coastal villages. Sharda in Lakhimpur Kheri is moving fast towards breaking the record of the year 2021. That year, the water level of Sharda had gone up to 155.82 meters in Paliyakalan there. At present, the water level of Sharda here has reached 154.590 metres.

Apart from this, the water level of Ganga in Garhmukteshwar, Ramganga in Moradabad, Yamuna in Etawah is on the rise. The water level of Saryu in Barabanki is stable but the situation here is not good. Saryu in Ayodhya is going to remain above normal for the next three days only. On the other hand, the Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert in Aligarh, Hathras, Agra, Bulandshahr. There is a strong possibility of rain here.

Warning about rain-lightning

There is a possibility of very heavy rains in and around Saharanpur, Shamli, Muzaffarnagar, Bijnor, Meerut, Hapur, Amroha. Apart from this, warnings have been issued for thunderstorms and lightning with heavy rains in Moradabad, Rampur, Sambhal, Badayun, Pilibhit, Bareilly, Siddharthnagar and its surrounding areas.

Monsoon trough position

According to meteorologists, the monsoon trough is passing through Ganganagar, Churu, Alwar, Gwalior, Satna, Ambikapur, Jarasuguda and Chandbali and then moving south-eastwards to reach East Central Bay of Bengal.
