UP Weather Update: With the decrease in the activity of monsoon in Uttar Pradesh, the effect of humidity is being seen more in the weather. There has been no heavy rain anywhere in the state in the last 48 hours. Light to moderate rain has been recorded with partly cloudy sky.

According to the Regional Meteorological Center, Lucknow, the weather is likely to remain dry in western UP on Wednesday. On the other hand, there may be rain and thundershowers at one or two places in Purvanchal. In the capital Lucknow and surrounding areas, the maximum temperature is expected to be 35 degree Celsius and the minimum temperature is 26 degree Celsius on Wednesday.

According to the Regional Meteorological Center, Lucknow, on August 31, the weather will be generally dry in western Uttar Pradesh. On the other hand, there are chances of rain and thundershowers at one or two places in eastern Uttar Pradesh. After this, from September 1 to September 4, the weather will remain dry in western Uttar Pradesh and there may be thundershowers in Purvanchal.

The Meteorological Department has not issued any kind of warning at present. There is no possibility of any major change in the maximum and minimum temperature in the state for the next four days. According to meteorologists, at present the monsoon trough at the mean sea level is running along the foothills of the Himalayas.

In the form of a trough in the mid-tropospheric Western Disturbance, the Western Disturbance is moving along its axis at 5.8 km above sea level. A cyclonic circulation is over north of Lakshadweep along the north coast of Kerala. A trough is extending from South Interior Karnataka to Comorin area at low level. The effect of these weather conditions can be seen in the temperature of the state.
