UP Weather Update: Due to Western Disturbance in UP Season A big change is being seen. The state witnessed havoc of dusty storm on Saturday and then it rained. On Sunday also, an alert has been issued in many districts regarding similar weather. A warning of rain and hail has been issued in the state with strong winds at a speed of 50 to 60 kilometers per hour.

Heavy rain expected in western UP on Sunday

Sunday morning started with a clear sky in the surrounding areas including Lucknow. After Saturday’s storm and rain, the weather is currently normal. According to Mohammad Danish, senior scientist of Regional Meteorological Center, Lucknow, there is a possibility of torrential rains in western Uttar Pradesh on Sunday, while there will be movement of clouds in the central parts and it may rain. Due to western disturbance, rain has been recorded in the entire state. After its effect subsides, an increase in temperature will be seen. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert for lightning accompanied by thunderstorms in more than 50 districts of the state.

Orange alert issued in these districts

Lucknow, Rae Bareli, Kanpur, Kanpur Dehat, Barabanki, Lakhimpur Kheri, Gonda, Balrampur, Bahraich, Sitapur, Hardoi, Unnao, Mathura, Agra, Aligarh, Amroha, Auraiya, Baghpat, Bulandshahr, Etah, Etawah, Farrukhabad, Firozabad, Gautam Buddha Orange alert has been issued for thunderstorms in Nagar, Ghaziabad, Hamirpur, Hapur, Hathras, Kannauj, Kasganj, Jhansi, Lalitpur, Mahoba, Jalaun, Mainpuri, Meerut, Moradabad and Muzaffarnagar.

Yellow alert issued in these districts

Apart from this, yellow alert has been issued in Sultanpur, Amethi, Ayodhya, Ambedkarnagar, Badaun, Banda, Bareilly, Bijnor, Chitrakoot, Fatehpur, Kaushambi, Pilibhit, Pratapgarh, Prayagraj, Rampur, Saharanpur, Shahjahanpur, Sambhal and Shamli.

Most rain in Bahraich

According to the Meteorological Department, Bahraich recorded maximum rainfall of 41.2 mm in the state on Saturday. At the same time, after the rain, the sun also came out. Although the maximum temperature is still below 40 degree Celsius. In the last 24 hours in the state, the highest temperature was recorded at 39 degree Celsius in Prayagraj and the minimum temperature was recorded at 19.6 degree Celsius in Meerut.
