UP Weather: Air health improves at many places in UP due to rain, Ghaziabad’s AQI crosses 400, know the weather condition

UP Weather News: In Uttar Pradesh, the weather changed completely due to rain in many districts on Monday. The weather started changing after late night. After this, cold winds increased the problems of people in many places in the morning and then after camping in many districts it rained. People became very upset due to this winter rain. It rained several times in Lucknow from morning to afternoon. After light rain in the beginning, people who came out of heavy rain during the day were seen looking for a place to escape. Rain changed the weather in Agra also. A drop in temperature has been recorded due to rain. The rain has increased the melting. Similarly, in Bareilly also there was drizzle for some time at midnight. Due to this the weather cleared. There was no fog on Monday morning. According to meteorologists, a cyclone is forming in the Bay of Bengal. There is a possibility of rain in the coming days. There are chances of rain in mountainous areas also. Due to this, wind will blow and cold will increase in the plains.

Decrease in amount of pollution in air recorded

After rains in many districts of Uttar Pradesh, there has been relief in the air quality index (AQI) situation. A decrease in the amount of air pollution has been recorded in many places. Talking about the weather in major cities of Uttar Pradesh, the AQI of Bareilly has come down to only 74 on Monday. It is good for health. Before the drizzle, Bareilly’s AQI was beyond 200, due to which the air here had become poisonous. It was difficult for people to breathe. AQI had increased in the air of Bareilly for about a month. However, due to reduction in AQI on Monday morning, the amount of oxygen in the air became fine. Due to this, the AQI of Civil Lines of the city came down to 70, Rajendra Nagar to 67 and Subhash Nagar to 85.

Pollution persists in Ghaziabad, Noida and other cities

Meanwhile, there has been no improvement in air health in many places. The AQI of Ghaziabad, UP is not improving. Ghaziabad’s AQI is higher than Delhi. Ghaziabad ranks 9th among the 100 polluted cities of the world. The AQI here is 404, while Delhi is at 15th place. The AQI here is 353. Noida of UP is at 24th position. Its AQI is 308, Meerut at 31st place is AQI 295, Muzaffarnagar at 64th place is AQI 243, Hapur at 78th place is AQI 232. The AQI of Pilibhit, Badaun and Shahjahanpur of Bareilly division has also improved. With this, the people of the state have breathed their last. After drizzle in Bareilly, the temperature has increased by 2 degrees Celsius. The minimum temperature here has come down to 15 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature is expected to be 25 degrees Celsius. The minimum on Saturday was 13 degrees Celsius. According to the Meteorological Department, the cold will increase in the coming days.

Rain alert in these districts

The Meteorological Department has predicted rain in Agra, Firozabad, Mainpuri, Farrukhabad, Hardoi and Sitapur on Monday. Along with this, there may also be rain in Etawah, Auraiya, Kannauj, Kanpur Dehat, Jalaun, Unnao, Lucknow and Barabanki. Rain has been expected in Lalitpur, Jhansi, Mahoba, Hamirpur, Kanpur Nagar, Fatehpur and Rae Bareli.

Know the status of AQI

0 to 50 AQI is best for human health. 51-100 AQI is also considered fine. But, sensitive people start having slight difficulty in breathing. 101 AQI not good. Lung, heart and asthma patients have difficulty in breathing due to AQI of 101 to 200. But, Bareilly’s AQI is beyond 300. This is quite worrying. There is oxygen in the air. Its quantity should be 19.5 volumes. Oxygen less than this is harmful for human health. Health starts getting adversely affected.
