UP T20 League: Schedule of UP T20 League released, rain can spoil the game

UP T20 League Schedule: The UPT T20 League, which is going to be held for the first time in Uttar Pradesh, will start with the host Kanpur Super Stars and Noida Super Kings teams. In the very first match, the residents of the city will get to see the exciting game of Indian team’s star bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Nitish Rana and Ankit Rajput who have made their mark in IPL. In the UP League, each team will play two matches each against all the other teams. The semi-finals between the top four teams in the points table will be held on September 15 and the final on September 16.

UPCA has released the complete schedule of this tournament. On the other hand, due to the rains in Kanpur, water has been filled to the brim in the Green Park. Due to this, the problems of UPCA have also increased a lot. A three-day practice session for the teams has been kept here. Pitch curator Shivakumar told that in view of continuous rains for three days, apart from the main wicket, we have also covered the four pitches made for practice.

Meeting today on waiving the rent of Green Park

UPCA is yet to receive any written response from Sports Secretary Suhas LY after the assurance to waive off the hefty rent of Rs 10.31 crore for the UP League. On the other hand, on Friday, the Sports Secretary has again called the officials of UPCA to Lucknow. If sources are to be believed, it is not in the hands of the sports secretary to waive off the rent of Greenpark as it is very high.
