Gangster Anil Dujana was killed during an encounter in Meerut on Thursday in a joint operation by Noida Police and UP STF. After which Trinamool Congress (TMC) MP Mahua Moitra targeted CM Yogi Adityanath. He said that extra judicial killing has no place in our constitutional democracy.
TMC leader Mahua tweeted on Thursday asking why instead of legal action, encounter killings are taking place. Honorable Chief Minister Ajay Bisht has lust for blood, so has given instructions to UP Police to get satisfaction? But, there is no place for extra judicial killing in our constitutional democracy.

On the other hand, DG Law and Order Prashant Kumar said that Anil Dujana was a resident of Dujana village under Badalpur police station area of Noida. Was locked in Ayodhya jail for 3 years. He was released on bail some time ago. He was forming his gang again. Recently, a case of extortion was registered against him at Dadri police station in Gautam Buddha Nagar. Since then he was absconding.
More than 62 cases including 18 murders were registered against Dujana. He used to commit murder and robbery by forming a gang. He was arrested in January 2012 in the 2011 triple murder case. During this, he was running his gang in Delhi NCR from inside the jail.
