UP: Problems of students are being solved through Samadhan Portal, 153 pending cases out of 1847 uploaded in one month

‘Samadhan’ portal, started for the convenience of students appearing in UP Board examinations, is solving all their problems. A total of 1847 complaints have been uploaded on this portal which was started only a month ago, out of which 1694 complaints have been resolved through all the regional offices of the Council. There are only 153 complaints which are pending due to students not uploading the forms on the portal. Let us tell you that on January 6, 2024, a total of 13 types of measures will be taken including correcting the errors in the certificates of the students, issuing second copy of the certificate, mark sheet, correcting the errors in the result and resolving their different types of complaints in a short time. An innovative portal was launched by the Council of Secondary Education to provide the facilities. According to Divyakant Shukla, Secretary of the Secondary Education Council, the disposal of cases related to student welfare on this portal is being reviewed daily. Along with this, clarification has also been sought from time to time from the regional secretaries of all the regional offices of the Council to ensure that there is no laxity in this. The result was that so many cases were received in such a short time and they were disposed of in a timely manner. It is clear that more and more students and parents are benefiting from this portal. He told that in all these 13 services, except 4, the problems are being resolved in just 15 days. Whereas the remaining 4 services are being disposed of in 30 days. These include issuing the original certificate, issuing a second copy of the certificate, amending the revised certificate/date of birth and amending the revised marksheet/date of birth.
