Lucknow. Uttar Pradesh Police has prepared a list of 61 gangsters. The UP Police has now started action against the mafias included in the list. Not only this, planning is being done to attach the property worth Rs 500 crore of these mafias. According to the information, apart from liquor mafia, illegal mining, forest and animal mafia, education mafia is also included in this list. Deepak Yadav of Vinod Upadhyay gang, who was included in the list of the state’s mafia, was arrested by the police on Thursday. While the pressure of the police increased, his other accomplice Kamalakant Pandey surrendered in the court. The police sent both the accused to jail. Kotwali police had taken gangster action in 2020 on Vinod Upadhyay’s gang.
