Lucknow : Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has launched a new scheme to sell plots for hotel projects in Sector 28, Greater Noida. “These plots near Jewar Airport were given to hoteliers to set up both budget and premium hotels. The allotment will be given through e-auction. Can build multi-storey buildings with no specific height restrictions. However, structures with a height of more than 24 meters will require clearance from the Airports Authority of India (AAI). Apart from this, the master plan for the development of hotels will be determined keeping in mind all the conditions of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority. Apart from this, various types of charges have also been announced for preferential conditioning in determining the plots. As a result, the total preferential location fee has been fixed at 5% for corner plots, 5% for green belt and 15% for roadside and corner plots. The reserve premium price of these plots with area of 3400, 5000 and 10,000 square meters has been kept between Rs 20.10 crore and Rs 62.06 crore, while the earnest money deposit (EMD) value is between Rs 2 crore and Rs 6.3 crore. To get possession of the plot, allottees will have to pay 40% of the reserved premium price. The remaining 60% can be paid in 10 installments over 5 years.
Minimum net worth should be Rs 15 crore
Also, the minimum net worth of the person or organization applying for a 3400 square meter plot should be Rs 15 crore. Also, the minimum turnover in the last three years and the current year should be Rs 30 crore. Similarly, for a 5,000 square meter plot, net worth should be Rs 20 crore and minimum turnover should be Rs 50 crore. Similarly, for a 10,000 square meter plot, net worth should be Rs 50 crore and minimum turnover should be Rs 100 crore. To participate in the e-auction, applicants will have to register on the YEIDA Auction Tiger online gateway, which costs Rs 1,000. Applicants must also have experience in this field and must show their previous work.
