UP News: Wife’s nose cut off for girlfriend in Lakhimpur Kheri, then absconded by keeping it in his pocket, accused arrested

Lucknow : A strange case has come to light from Lakhimpur Kheri in Uttar Pradesh. A young man cut off his wife’s nose for his girlfriend. Then kept it in his pocket and ran away. When the wife lodged an FIR against the accused husband in the police station, the police started searching for him. Then soon he was arrested.

Has a love affair with a village woman

According to the information, Vikram, a resident of Banstali village of Mitauli region, was married a few years back to Seema Devi, a resident of Mohammadabad village. After marriage, both of them also had two children. But meanwhile, Vikram’s love affair started with another woman from the village itself. When Seema came to know about this, he opposed it.

Due to this, there was a daily fight between the two in the house. According to the victim’s wife, on Saturday night at around 8:00 pm, Vikram first asked her to cook food, which she cooked and gave. After this again a fight started between them regarding that woman. That’s why Vikram started taking out his anger on his daughter. When he started beating her, wife Seema tried to intervene. Meanwhile, Vikram cut off his wife’s nose with a sharp weapon. Then put it in his pocket and fled from there.

Police arrested the accused husband

Bleeding wife informed about this incident on dial 112. He was taken to Mitauli CHC for treatment. From where he was referred to the district hospital. In the morning Seema along with her parents reached Mitauli police station and filed a complaint. After registering a case, the police arrested the accused husband and presented him in the court, from where he has been sent to jail. Regarding this matter, Lakhimpur’s CO City Sandeep Singh told that in Banstali village of Mitauli police station area, the husband attacked his wife and cut off her nose. After registering a case, the husband has been arrested and sent to jail and the matter is being investigated.
