UP News: STF caught 3 people including PAC jawan who were cheating in NET exam, used to solve papers like this

UP STF has arrested three members of the gang including a constable of PAC who were involved in cheating in the National Eligibility Test (NET) in Aligarh. STF said on Wednesday that it had received information from an informer that a candidate named Preeti was being made to cheat in the National Eligibility Test (NET) examination through ‘screen sharing’ in Santasar Public School located in Gabhana area of ​​Aligarh district. After which, when the team reached there and asked Professor Rehan Khan, the supervisor of the examination center, about Preeti, it was found that she was sitting at some other place instead of the examination system allotted to her. According to STF, when asked about this, Preeti told that Jitendra Sinsinwar, Krishna Kumar and Samay Singh, who were on duty in the lab, had made her sit at that place. On this all three of them were arrested. Among them, Krishna Kumar, 15th Corps PAC. I am a constable and am currently absent after taking leave. According to STF, two computer CPUs, photocopies of 13 documents related to the examination, two mobile phones and many other documents and a car have been recovered from the possession of the arrested people.

NET paper can be solved by ‘screen sharing’

During interrogation with STF, the arrested accused told that they take money and help the candidates solve NET paper by ‘screen sharing’ on the system. For this, instead of making the candidate sit on the allotted examination system, they used to make the candidate sit somewhere else and make him copy by sharing the answer screen on his screen. Whatever money they get in this work, they divide it among themselves. Candidate Preeti and her newborn baby were handed over to her family from the examination center in the presence of City Coordinator Anju Rathi and Supervisor Professor Rehan A Khan. Public Examination Act and I.T. were registered against the arrested accused and their another associate Lalit. A case has been registered under relevant sections of the Act. Besides, efforts are being made to arrest another member of the gang, Lalit.
