Lucknow : A heart-wrenching incident has come to the fore from Banda in Uttar Pradesh. The father slapped a 15-year-old girl for selling wheat kept at home. Angered by this, the teenager left to go to her sister’s house. When he went in the wrong direction, two bike-borne youths made him sit on their vehicle on the pretext of dropping him to his sister’s house. After which both took her to a deserted place and raped her in turn.
Somehow the girl came out of the clutches of those rascals. After which he told the incident to his brother-in-law over the phone. After this the father lodged a report against the accused. On Sunday, the Bisanda police station got the girl’s medical examination done at the District Women’s Hospital.
Actually, this matter is related to a village in Baberu Kotwali area. A 15-year-old teenager of a youth living in the village had sold 75 kg of wheat kept in the house on Friday evening. On this, the father got angry and slapped him. Annoyed by this, she left on foot to go to her elder sister’s house in a village in Matoundh police station area. She lost her way and reached Saya Barauli village. Seeing the girl alone, two bike-riding youths questioned her. When the teenager told them about her problems, the youth made her sit on the bike on the pretext of dropping her at her sister’s house.
Accused taken near Bundelkhand Expressway
According to the victim, she was taken to a deserted road near Bundelkhand Expressway located in Ghuri village of Bisanda police station area. There Babulal, a resident of Saya village riding a bike and Surendra Kumar, a resident of Bharkhari village, raped her in turn. Threatened to kill for making noise. The accused fled leaving him near the village.
Told the incident to brother-in-law on the phone
The girl somehow narrated the incident to her brother-in-law over the phone. On this, the family took him to Bisanda police station at around 7 pm on Saturday. There, on the complaint of the father, the police registered a report of gang rape against both the accused. The girl told that both the accused riding the bike were taking each other’s name.
Police engaged in search of the accused
Bisanda Police Station President Krishna Dev Tripathi told that a case of gang rape of a teenager has come to the fore. A report of gang rape has been registered on the father’s Tahrir. The girl’s medical has been done. The search for the accused is on. After this further action will be taken.
