Meanwhile, the effect of pollution was also seen. On Tuesday, the air quality index of Aligarh was 326, which is serious for health. Due to rain the mercury has also dropped. The weather remained cold due to rain in the morning. Along with this, fog and mist were seen in the clouds. Due to cold winds, a cold wave of December and January was felt. People came out in warm clothes. Since the time of Diwali, the effect of morning and evening cold has started increasing in the weather. But, a big change has been seen in the last 24 hours. The weather has suddenly changed and cold is being felt throughout the day. The sun also comes out for a short while during the day. The minimum temperature on Tuesday morning was 14 degrees Celsius. Due to which the weather remained cold. According to the Meteorological Department, the cold may increase due to rain in the next two days.

People were seen wrapped in warm clothes

With the arrival of cold weather, warm clothes have started being sold in the market in Aligarh. The market of warm clothes was not yet bustling. But, with increasing cold, crowds of customers have started gathering here. Sales of warm clothes for small children are increasing. Shops of warm clothes have been set up on Aamir Nisha Market, Railway Road, Ramghat Road.

Effect of fog and mist visible

Along with this, the number of people taking morning walk was less. People did not leave their homes due to change in weather. Even after the rain, the effect of smog has not diminished.
