Lucknow : Yogi government is going to develop Illegal Land Use Detection Notification System (ILDNS) so that no one can use illegal land. This advanced technology is going to be used from Meerut. In this sequence, Illegal Land Use Detection Notification System (ILDNS) will be developed to stop illegal land use in Meerut. To meet this need of Meerut Development Authority (MDA), UP Electronics Corporation Limited (UPLC) has made preparations. UPLC has invited applications from software companies through Request for Proposal (RFP) for the development of ILDNS. It is noteworthy that the implementation of Illegal Land Use Detection Notification System will promote transparency in MDA and This will also strengthen the process of complete digitization in MDA. The special thing is that along with the development of the notification system, it will pave the way for the development, implementation and maintenance of various other modules. This will help in integrating various systems along with the notification system. Will also help in workflow management.
The project is special in many ways
This project will provide digital solutions for all workflows – modules and an integrated portal for administration and public interface. All access controls will be role based which can be created/revoked centrally for all the applications in this suite. This integrated solution will be accessible through web browser and will be responsive enough to different screen sizes so that the end user can access the same on their mobile The solution developed will also have a feature that will be able to transfer data from various legacy digital solutions currently present in the organization. The application will also take care that the users The process will be ensured without the need to log in to each portal individually, and also to ensure that they have access to specific applications/modules/features.
13 types of tasks will become easier
The creation of Illegal Land Use Detection Notification System will help in completing a total of 13 types of tasks. This includes user management system, online-offline registration under property management system, lottery draw and e-auction, deposit amount checklist generation, property This will help in easily completing tasks like calculation sheet generation, defaulters notice and list generation. Apart from this, it will help in strengthening the personal information system application, payroll system, finance management system. This will help in making layout, issuing NOC, FDR tracking and compilation of land use report. ILDNS will also be equipped with facilities like document management system, grievance management system and public portal including engineering section of MDA. Apart from this, it will also be provided with cloud housing. It will be equipped with cloud service provider and the agency developing the system will work through the empaneled cloud service provider. At the same time, the empaneled agency will also have to do the work of cyber security audit of this system.
