Lucknow, Big news related to UP’s Bahubali don Mukhtar Ansari is coming. The Allahabad High Court has allowed Mukhtar Ansari’s appeal against the 10-year sentence awarded to him in the gangster case. The High Court has summoned the records from the lower court. The court will hear Mukhtar Ansari’s bail on July 24. The hearing on the bail of Mukhtar Ansari could not be held in the Allahabad High Court on Tuesday. Advocate Upendra Upadhyay presented the side of Mukhtar Ansari.

Please tell that Mukhtar Ansari was convicted by the Ghazipur MP-MLA court in the gangster case. In this case, the court has sentenced him to 10 years. The court has also imposed a fine of Rs 5 lakh on him. At the same time, Mukhtar’s brother and BSP MP Afzal Ansari has also been convicted. Afzal has been sentenced to four years. Mukhtar Ansari was booked as a gangster on the basis of BJP MLA Krishnanand Rai murder case and Vishwa Hindu Parishad leader Nandkishore Rungta’s kidnapping case. Mukhtar Ansari’s brother Afzal Ansari has also been sentenced to 4 years in the same case. Afzal Ansari’s application will also be heard in the month of July.
Mukhtar gets life imprisonment in Awadhesh Rai murder case
Let us tell you that on Monday, the court sentenced Mukhtar Ansari to life imprisonment in the famous Awadhesh Rai murder case of more than 30 years old Varanasi. Along with this, a fine of more than one lakh rupees was also imposed. An advocate said that special judge of the MP-MLA court, Avnish Gautam, sentenced Ansari to life imprisonment in the case. Awadhesh Rai, brother of Congress leader Ajay Rai, was shot dead on August 3, 1991 at the door of his Lahurabir residence. A case was registered against Mukhtar Ansari and others in the matter.
