UP News: Maharishi Bhardwaj’s ashram will be rejuvenated, plan for revival of 12 temples

Lucknow: The hermitage of Maharishi Bhardwaj, the first resident of Prayagraj and one of the seven sages and author of great scientific texts like Vaimanik Shastra based on ancient Indian aircraft manufacturing art, will be rejuvenated. On the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, this ashram will be rejuvenated in two phases.

Boundary wall will be built based on Hindu temple style

Maharishi Bhardwaj’s ashram in Sangam city has been keeping the flow of India’s Sanatan culture intact for centuries. For the revival of Maharishi Bhardwaj’s ashram, the Yogi government is going to work by dividing it into Zone 1 and Zone 2. In this, the work of widening of the road under Zone 1, boundary wall based on Hindu temple style, installation of graffiti on the wall in the arches of the boundary wall with the story of Rishi Bhardwaj.

Multilingual audio guide will be arranged

Apart from this, boundary wall railing should be made of terracotta, footpath construction, bench construction with shade, dustbin in sufficient quantity, lamps for street lighting, renovation of shops, renovation of toilets, construction of main gate, parking lot. Renovation of Ramlila Maidan platform, work of multilingual audio guide with QR code will be done.

All the temples present in the ashram premises will be rejuvenated

Special attention will be given to Hindu architecture

According to Principal Secretary and Director General Tourism Mukesh Meshram, special care will be taken of Hindu architecture in all the temples present in the Bhardwaj temple complex. Ardhamandap based on Hindu architecture will be constructed on the main temple. The floor will be constructed on Hindu Vedic geometry. The construction work of pathway and lawn will be done based on aviation style.

Bhardwaj Ashram will become an example of respect for heritage

Today Srikashi Vishwanath Dham in Varanasi has become a unique example of respect for heritage not only in the country but in the whole world. Apart from this, Vindhya Corridor is under construction in Mirzapur. The construction work of a grand temple is going on at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya.
