Former Rampur MP and film actress Jaya Prada did not appear in the court even on Monday. Two cases of violation of code of conduct in 2019 are pending against him in the MP-MLA court of Rampur. Due to her non-appearance, the court has ordered Rampur SP to arrest Jaya Prada and produce her. Besides, notice has also been issued to both the sureties. Due to MP-MLA not appearing in the court several times, non-bailable warrant has been issued against Jayaprada 5 times. Jaya Prada did not appear again during the hearing in the court on Monday, after which the court rejected her advocate’s argument and ordered the SP to arrest her and present her in the court.

Jaya Prada inaugurated a road in Swar Noorpur on 19 April 2019. Its video also went viral. On the basis of this, Flying Squad Team Magistrate-34 Swar Dr. Neeraj Kumar Parashari had filed a case of violation of code of conduct. After investigation, the police has filed the charge sheet in this case in the court. Since then, the hearing of the case is going on continuously in the MP-MPL court. Jaya Prada had to record her statement in this case. Another case is also registered against Jayaprada during the Lok Sabha elections in the year 2019. He had contested the elections on BJP ticket. He had to face defeat in this election. Video: Kuldeep Bhatnagar had filed an FIR against him in Kemri police station for violating the election code of conduct. In this, the former MP is accused of making objectionable remarks in a public meeting organized in Pipliya Mishra village.
Now SP will make Jaya Prada present in Rampur court – Advocate
Jaya Prada’s advocate Sandeep Saxena told that today Supreme Court advocate Asghar Khan reached the local court. Asghar Khan has applied for recall in both the cases. In the letter, prayer was made on the basis of medical background, but the court rejected the letter and gave orders to SP Rampur. In the order, Jaya Prada has been asked to appear in the court. Advocate Sandeep Saxena said that notice has also been issued to both the sureties of Jaya Prada. Now SP will make Jaya Prada present in Rampur court. Prosecution officer Amarnath Tiwari said that a recall application was given by Jaya’s side. He objected to this. On the basis of objection, the court rejected the recall.
