Gonda News: Another major revelation has come to light in the case of investigation of the murder of a Dalit youth in Tarabganj area of Gonda district in Uttar Pradesh being changed fraudulently 14 times in six years. Now it has come to light that the BJP MP’s letter was also misused in this police game of changing the investigation. Once, it has been revealed that the investigation was transferred by putting a fake signature on the letter pad of a BJP MP. BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh’s letter pad and his fake signature were misused. Now after getting information about this, MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh has written a letter to the Principal Secretary Home. In this he has said that a letter was sent with his fake signature regarding transfer of investigation of case crime number 238/2017. In this, someone misused his signature by getting his photo state. In fact he did not give any letter to transfer the investigation. In such a situation, action should be taken in this matter. BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh’s fake signature and misuse of letter pad is now being discussed everywhere. It is believed that many more such revelations can be seen in the coming days. In fact, the investigation into the murder of a Dalit youth in Tarabganj area of Gonda in 2017 was fraudulently changed 14 times in six years. The game of transferring the investigation by giving a representation by putting fake thumb impression of the deceased’s wife continued and no one had even a clue. When the complaint was received in the Chief Minister’s Office, Principal Secretary Home Sanjay Prasad asked DG CBCID to conduct a high-level investigation into the entire incident. It is being said that DG CBCID has issued its order.
More important revelations are expected after the complaint in the case of BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh. The important thing is that when Gonda Police and CBCID did not arrest the accused, the court also ordered attachment, yet the game of changing the investigation continued. Vadini Sundarpati had lodged an FIR for the murder of her husband Ramai at Tarabganj police station in Gonda on June 5, 2017. In this he had nominated Radheshyam Dubey, Vishnushankar Dubey, Kalut, Mohar Ali. The investigation of this case was first handed over to CO Tarabganj. During the investigation itself, on the orders of SP Gonda, the investigation was handed over to CO Mankapur Vijay Anand. After a few days, the investigation passed from CO Mankapur to CO Tarabganj Brahm Singh. When there was a complaint in the National Scheduled Caste-Tribe Commission about repeated changes in the investigation, on the orders of IG Zone Gorakhpur, the investigation was given to Basti District CO Haraiya Satish Chandra Shukla.
After this it was handed over to Basti CO Kalwari Arvind Kumar Verma. After this, IG Gorakhpur Zone ordered the investigation to be conducted by CO Nanpara Surendra Kumar Yadav of Bahraich district and then CO Bahraich Vijay Prakash Singh. On August 27, 2018, the SC-ST Commission issued an order to get the investigation done by CBCID. After the order of SC-ST Commission, DG CBCID has allotted the investigation to Deputy SP Pramod Kumar. After this, the process of giving the responsibility of investigation to CBCID, Gorakhpur Sector Deputy SP Ashapal Singh, ASP Akhileshwar Pandey, ASP Rajesh Kumar Bharti, ASP Dr. Krishna Gopal continued.
Additional Superintendent of Police Dr. Krishna Gopal presented the final report in the investigation recommending filing a charge sheet in the court on the basis of solid evidence. IG, CBCID approved it on 31 May 2022 and sent it to the government. After this, several raids were conducted to arrest the accused, but without success. The responsibility of arresting the accused was given to newcomer ASP Rachna Mishra.
Despite there being a non-bailable warrant and attachment order from the court against the accused, a representation was given to the government to change the investigation by forging Sundarpati’s signature. The investigation on this was allotted from Rachna Mishra to ASP Lallan Prasad of CBCID, Lucknow Sector. After this, on March 30, 2023, DG CBCID handed over the investigation from Lallan Prasad to Prayagraj Sector ASP Sameer Saurabh. Sundarpati alleges that due to political pressure, the district police and CBCID officers are protecting the accused. At the same time, the accused are continuously changing the investigation by putting their thumb impressions on forged documents.
