The victim’s uncle played an important role in getting MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar punished in the Makhi rape case in Unnao. Now the uncle has become a villain for the rape victim. The victim has filed a case against her uncle, mother and sister for embezzling Rs 1.10 crore. The victim has made serious allegations against her uncle who is in jail. She has told that her husband and herself are in danger to their lives from the family members. The victim filed a complaint with the Makhi police alleging that after the incident that happened to her, she had received assistance of Rs 1.10 crore from the government and the organization. Uncle, mother, sister and female friend together grabbed the entire money. In Lucknow, when he asked for money in need, everyone threatened to kill him. On this her husband has appealed to the police for justice.
Action will be taken after investigation- Unnao SP
On the complaint of the victim, Makhi police station has registered a report against everyone under sections 406 (mischief in trust), 504 (abuse) and 506 (threat to kill). CO Rishikant Shukla said that details related to the bank are being collected. Action will be taken after investigation. Meanwhile, Unnao SP Siddharth Shankar Meena said that a report has been registered in the matter and investigation is being done.

On September 11, the rape victim had made the video viral on social media pleading for justice from the police officer and CBI officer, saying that her family members were torturing her and not letting her live in the house. She is being continuously harassed after marriage. Her husband is being threatened by saying that he is close to the convicted MLA who is in jail. The uncle of the rape victim is lodged in Delhi’s Tihar Jail in the cases already registered. Hearing in different cases is going on in Unnao Court. The convicted accused MLA is also lodged in Tihar Jail.
Uncle became the villain
Let us tell you that the uncle of the victim had played an important role in getting the accused MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar punished in the Makhi rape case. In June 2017, many photos against MLA Kuldeep were made viral. Uncle had given an application in the court. The hearing of the same case was on 3 April 2018, while returning from the hearing, the victim’s father was beaten up by the MLA’s brother Atul Singh along with his associates. He died on the night of 8th April. After this the matter gained momentum. The case reached CBI and hearing was held in Tis Hazari Court of Delhi. MLA Kuldeep Singh Segar was sentenced to life imprisonment in 2020. Kuldeep Singh also lost his MLAship in this. The victim’s family has been living in Delhi since then during the litigation. The victim got married about a year ago. Now she is pregnant.
