Here, falling in love with a relative’s aunt proved costly for a minor. The relatives have filed a case against the minor student accusing him of kidnapping the girl. Fearing the police, the minor has allegedly committed suicide and ended his life.

In fact, Tantrik Kamlesh Joshi, a resident of Ban Talab in Sitapur area of ​​Chitrakoot, met a woman living in Shivrampur who took him to her house for exorcism. A few days later, this woman lodged a case of alleged rape against Tantrik Kamlesh at Shivrampur police station. After which the police called Kamlesh and arrested him and sent him to jail. Tantrik Kamlesh’s family had not even been able to recover from this accident that now he had to face an even bigger accident.

There is old enmity between the two families

Tantrik Kamlesh’s eldest son (minor) had a love affair with his father’s brother’s daughter i.e. aunt of the relationship. But the old enmity between the two families was going on. Both the minor and the aunt were of the same age. The relatives of the girl say that the boy had eloped taking their girl with him. On getting information about which those people brought him back from Chitrakoot. In the midst of the already ongoing enmity between the two families, this act of the boy added fuel to the fire.

Minor’s mother appeals to CM Yogi for justice

The girl’s father wrote a report of kidnapping of the girl against the minor in Atarra police station of Banda district. After writing the case, SI Pradeep of Atarra police station started calling the minor repeatedly to come to the police station. Distressed by this, the minor allegedly committed suicide by consuming a tablet of sulfas. The mother of the minor says that the eyes of the enemies have fallen on her family. First her husband was sent to jail in a fake case. Now her son was being harassed by making false allegations against her. The boy could not tolerate this pressure and committed suicide. Mother has appealed to UP CM Yogi Adityanath for justice.

In this case Chitrakoot Superintendent of Police Vrinda Shukla told that the deceased student had a love affair with a girl from his own family. But the family members of the girl had lodged a complaint against her at Atarra police station in Banda district. He had received a call from the police station for questioning in this matter. He told that prima facie it seems that he may have committed suicide under his pressure.

The police is probing the matter and action will be taken on the basis of the complaint received. The father of the deceased student has also been arrested and sent to jail a few weeks ago. A woman had filed a case against him under section 376 of the IPC. But the effect of that thing is not reflected in this suicide.
