Lucknow: Mukhtar Ansari In two other gangster cases against (Mukhtar Ansari), he can be tightened soon. The MP MLA court of Ghazipur has fixed the next date. In both the cases, after the final hearing in the MP MLA court, the verdict can be pronounced on May 17 and May 20. The court has fixed May 17 in the case of Section 307 of IPC while May 20 in the gangster case registered at Karanda police station.
In 2009, a case under section 307 was filed by Veer Hasan in Muhammadabad police station of Ghazipur. Mukhtar Ansari was not a named accused in this. Mukhtar Ansari was nominated in this case under 120B during deliberations. In this case, the main accused Sonu Yadav has been acquitted. In this case, after the hearing, the next date has been fixed on May 17.
Another case was of murder, in which Kapil Dev Singh was murdered in the year 2010 in Suapur of Karanda police station area. Mukhtar Ansari was in jail during the Kapil Dev Singh murder case. But, a case was also registered against him under 120B. In this, Mukhtar Ansari has been acquitted in the 302 case and in the 307 case also the main accused Sonu Yadav has been acquitted. A gang chart was made by adding both these cases, in which the debate has been completed. Now the decision will come. In the gangster case, the next date has now been fixed on May 20.
Now different dates are fixed in both the cases.
Earlier, in both the cases, the court had fixed the date of May 6. On this, the decision was expected to come on Saturday in both the cases. Government advocate Neeraj Srivastava told that now the court has fixed different dates in both the cases. That’s why the decision will come according to them.
