He told that on Tuesday at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, his mother had gone to the flour mill in the house of accused Rajkumar Shukla to plaster mud. After him she also reached within a short time around 2:15. The door of the flour mill was closed. When he knocked to open the door, he heard his mother screaming from inside. He banged on the door loudly but no one opened the door. He stood outside and pleaded, but the door did not open. After about half an hour, when Rajkumar Shukla’s brother Bauva Shukla opened the door, the smell of liquor was coming from his mouth. When I went inside, I saw that Rajkumar Shukla, his brother Bauva Shukla and Ramakrishna Shukla were present there. His mother’s body was not in clothes. His body was divided into three pieces. The head was separated, the torso was lying naked and the palm of the left hand was lying apart. Seeing the scene she burst into tears. Seeing Priyanka crying, the people present in the post mortem house also became sad. The daughter said that there is no electricity in the village from 2 pm to 5 pm. In such a situation, how is it possible that his mother got trapped in the shaft of the flour mill and died?
Report filed under section of rape and murder
Girvan police station inspector Sandeep Tiwari said that on the basis of father’s complaint, a report has been registered against the three accused under the sections of rape and murder including the Scheduled Caste Act. No accused has been arrested yet. The post-mortem is being conducted by a panel of two doctors. Videography is also being done. In the post-mortem house, Rajkumar Shukla from the accused side told that the woman and her husband are their sharecroppers. He has taken four bighas of their land as share. On Tuesday morning, he had called the woman to dust his flour mill. In the morning she had finished applying the paste and left. After that, she came again in the afternoon to do the plastering. His pan was kept near the flour mill. While lifting the pan, he got trapped in the shaft of the flour mill and died. The accused party says that they are ready for every kind of investigation. If found guilty, give whatever punishment you can.
Azad Samaj Party demands impartial investigation
Since this incident of Girwan police station area is related to Scheduled Caste, officials of Azad Samaj Party were also present in the post-mortem house.
