Bareilly : The investigation into the case of policemen who assaulted under the influence of alcohol at the town post of Amla Kotwali area of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, has been handed over to CO (Area Officer) Faridpur. On Monday afternoon, SP Dehat told the media that the medical examination of the three policemen has been done. Drinking has been confirmed. Its report was sent to SSP Ghule Sushil Chandrabhan. The SSP suspended all five policemen. The accused police personnel were having a liquor party late on Saturday night. During this time, a dispute broke out over some issue while under the influence of alcohol. On this the police personnel of the town post went to the post. This enraged other policemen of the post. After this, they started abusing each other and also accused them of assault. Hearing the noise, the people of the locality woke up. They informed the Kotwali police. On this, Inspector Amla Rajkumar Sharma reached the post with the police force in the night itself. Seeing the inspector, many policemen ran away. They caught three policemen from the spot. After this, the police station kept searching for other police personnel, but they could not be found. The Inspector informed the entire matter to the top officers. After this, the three policemen were given medical treatment at night. There is a discussion at the post that the police is investigating the matter regarding the transaction of money. The workers had clashed among themselves.
Constables Bobby, Tarun Kumar of Amla police station and constable Mahendra of Bisharatganj police station were given medical examination. The medical examination confirmed that they were drunk. After this, the inspector sent the medical report to the SSP. The SSP suspended all five police personnel late on Sunday night. Gave. In this case, the SSP suspended constables Tarun Kumar, Bobby Kumar, Krishna Deshwal, Deepak Kumar and Mahendra Kumar with immediate effect.
