Lucknow News: A case of gang rape of a class five student has come to light in Chinhat in the capital Lucknow. The accused ran away leaving the student unconscious. The victim student told the entire incident to her family. After this, Tahrirpur police registered an FIR against the family members. Two accused have been arrested in the case. In Chinhat, Lucknow, a friend of a 12-year-old class 5 student coaxed her and took her to the forest on a bike. He already had a friend here. It is alleged that both the students threatened her and gang-raped her and then ran away. The student became unconscious due to the brutality. Meanwhile, when the student did not return home for a long time, the family members reached the edge of the forest in search of her and found the student there. After regaining consciousness at home, the student informed her family about the matter. After this the family members filed a case in Chinhat police station.
According to the student’s father, his daughter had left her house in Chinhat in Lucknow at seven in the evening and did not return home till two in the night. Despite a lot of information from the people in the colony in search of him, nothing was found. Information was also taken from relatives. No one knew anything about the daughter. Meanwhile, upon searching, the daughter was found unconscious at the edge of the forest. The student told that she was friends with Ismail, a resident of Naubasta. He took her on a motorcycle on the pretext of outing and told her to drop him in half an hour.

According to the student, the accused started taking her to the forest edge by deceit. When he protested, Ismail’s friend Javed alias Chand Babu, resident of Amrai village, also came. Both of them forcibly dragged her into the forest and threatened to kill her if she raised any noise. After this the accused brutalized the student. Meanwhile, when she protested, the accused beat up the student.
The student was friends with the accused youth
According to the police, the student used to talk to Ismail often. The student’s mother had overheard the conversation between the two two days ago and had scolded the student a lot. On this he called Ismail near his house. According to ADCP Syed Ali Abbas, the student herself had gone with Ismail, but Ismail called his friend. The student has alleged gang rape. His medical examination has been done. Now the statement will be recorded in the court. It is alleged that both the boys threatened her to do the same thing again if she informed the police. Ismail and Javed have been arrested on the basis of the complaint filed by the student’s father. Both of them are 18 to 19 years old and do welding work. A case has been registered in the matter under sections like gangrape, POCSO Act etc.
