UP News: Arrest warrant issued against 4 people including advisor of actress Sonakshi Sinha, know the whole matter

Moradabad District Court in UP has issued arrest warrant against four people including the advisor of film actress Sonakshi Sinha. Also, SSP Moradabad has been ordered to arrest all four and present them in the court by 21st December. Pramod Sharma, resident of Shivpuri Colony of Katghar police station area, had filed a case against actress Sonakshi and others in the police station on 22 February 2019. In which Pramod had told that he organizes programs by calling film personalities. He had also asked for time from Sonakshi for a similar event. The program was to be held in Delhi on 30 September 2018. For this, Pramod had also given fixed amount to Sonakshi Sinha’s associates Abhishek Sinha, Malvika Punjabi, Dhumil Thakkar and Edgar Sakariya. At the end, Sonakshi and her advisor refused to come to the event, even though they had taken the entire fee from Pramod.

Sonakshi has got stay from Allahabad High Court

The case is being heard in the court of Additional Judicial Magistrate First Sachin Dixit. On Saturday, the documents were presented in the court, in which Pramod’s lawyer told that Sonakshi had got the stay from Allahabad High Court but the other accused neither appeared in the court nor made any kind of plea for their bail. The court issued non-bailable warrants against the four accused Abhishek Sinha, Malvika Punjabi, Dhumil Thakkar and Edgar. Also, SSP Moradabad has been ordered to arrest the four accused by December 21 and present them in the court.

Summons sent to Abdullah Azam in jail, hearing to be held on 6th

Lawyers from Delhi, Moradabad and Rampur will jointly represent SP leader Azam Kha’s son Abdullah Azam in the age determination case. The lawyers have asked for time from the court to prepare for the case. The court has given time of December 6 for hearing. Abdullah Azam, who was convicted in a 15-year-old case, had gone to the Supreme Court against the sentence. In which the Supreme Court ordered the District Judge to hear this matter and inform and also to inform the facts. On the orders of the Supreme Court, notices were issued to both the parties by District Judge Dr. Ajay Kumar.

District Government Advocate Nitin Gupta and Assistant District Government Advocate Sanjeev Aggarwal said that notice was served to Abdullah Azam, lodged in Hardoi jail. On Saturday, ZA Khan from Delhi, Shakir Ali from Moradabad and Vinod Sharma Advocate from Rampur district filed their Vakalatnama in the court on behalf of Abdullah Azam. Asked for time from the court to prepare for the case. DGC Criminal, representing the government, opposed this and told the court that the Supreme Court has ordered for speedy disposal of the case. For this reason the next date should not be given. After hearing the arguments of both the parties, the court accepted the application given by Abdullah Azam’s lawyers and posted the case for hearing on December 6.
