Bareilly News: Rameshwar alias Makulal, resident of Islamnagar alias Dalipur of Sirauli police station area in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, murdered his wife Seema (26 years) by slitting her throat with a scabbard on Monday evening. After this, he hanged himself in the room near his wife’s dead body. The relatives of the deceased informed the police. The police broke the window of the room and brought down the hanging husband. After this he was admitted to the hospital for treatment. But, Rameshwar alias Maikulal (28 years) also died during treatment. The police have taken the body of deceased Seema in their custody and sent it for post-mortem. On receiving information about the incident, Superintendent of Police Rural (SPR), Police Officer Amla and other police officers reached the spot. Police has started the investigation of the matter. Preliminary investigation by the police has revealed a family dispute. There is also talk of an altercation between the two on Monday regarding the wife going to her parents’ house. Meanwhile, the accused brutally murdered his wife after her blood pressure increased. However, the police is also investigating on other points. Seema, daughter of Vilasi, resident of Sherpur Khalsa village of Aliganj police station area, was married to Rameshwar alias Maikulal 9 years ago in 2014. The father of the deceased woman says that he had received a call from the brother of the accused son-in-law. He had informed about killing Seema by slitting her throat with a sharp weapon. After this reached the spot. The daughter’s body was lying there. This created an uproar. The family members of the deceased are in bad condition, crying. Bilasi has filed a complaint to register an FIR against the accused son-in-law.
Came to Delhi 20 days ago
Bareilly Superintendent of Police Rural said that the accused used to work as a laborer while living in Delhi with his wife and children. But, there started frequent arguments between the two. Therefore, wife Seema returned home. After this, 20 days ago the accused also came home. There was a family dispute going on here too, due to which this incident happened. The deceased woman has two sons.
The accused was under mental stress
The people of the village told that the accused was always under mental stress, due to which he was always irritable. He also used to get into arguments with other members of his family. After returning from Delhi, he started doing farming work in the village. After the incident, At that time the blood pressure of the accused had also increased significantly.
