It is alleged that a seven year old child has carried out this incident. The child whose name is coming up in this incident lives in the neighbourhood. On the complaint of the girl’s family, a report was registered against the 7 year old child. The medical report has also confirmed misconduct. There is a legal entanglement in this incident. According to the law, no crime is committed against a child below seven years of age. For this reason, the child will not be sent to a juvenile home at present.
