While Sonu Yadav, the main accused in this case, has been acquitted. According to Liaquat Ali, Mukhtar Ansari was in jail at that time. According to Mukhtar Ansari’s lawyer, all these cases were included in the gang chart. The verdict in these cases was to be pronounced in the past. But, the government advocate gave an application for giving two weeks time before the court for written arguments. After this, the court approved it and fixed the date of April 27 in the case. Now today the government advocate will keep his point in the court in this matter.

Along with this, the decision was to come in the case registered against Mukhtar Ansari in Muhammadabad and Karanda police station. Both the FIRs were registered in the year 2009. Today, everyone’s eyes are fixed on the judgment of a case registered against Mukhtar under the Gangster Act. Mukhtar’s difficulties may increase further after being sentenced. Under the Gangster Act, there can be a maximum punishment of 10 years.
