UP government will spread rainbow colors of happiness in the lives of disabled people, CM Yogi will inaugurate Rainbow Festival

Yogi government is busy in including the disabled people in the mainstream of society and development. In this sequence, a new initiative is being taken to spread rainbow colors of happiness in their lives. To provide a platform to the talent inherent in the Divyangjan, the government is going to organize the Divyangjan Rainbow Festival from 3rd to 5th February. This three-day event to be held at Yogiraj Baba Gambhirnath Auditorium will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on February 3 at 3.00 pm. Divyangjan Rainbow Festival will be hosted by Sparsh State Visually Impaired Boys Inter College, Laldiggi under the banner of Divyangjan Empowerment Department. This festival has been planned mainly in six segments. In this, an exhibition of excellent products made by disabled people will be organized. The cultural talent of disabled people will be respected. A food court will be set up on behalf of self-reliant disabled people. A book gallery will be created for the educational rehabilitation of disabled people and assistive devices will be distributed to make their lives easier.

This exhibition will be seen in Rainbow Festival

Let us tell you that the objective of Rainbow Festival is to develop the creative abilities of the disabled people and increase their self-confidence. In this festival, there will also be entertaining programs like tricycle race, painting, music, dance and street drama with the participation of disabled people, so that they can develop the feeling of self-reliance while living in an inclusive society. Besides, the artistic talents of disabled people and disabled icons will be honoured. The special attraction of the festival will be the food court and exhibition of products. There will be a long queue of dishes prepared by disabled people in the food court and better products made by them will be seen in the exhibition.

CM Yogi inaugurated the renovation work of Tandon Hall

CM Yogi Adityanath on Thursday inaugurated the renovation work of Rajarshi Purushottam Das Tandon Hall located at Vidhan Bhawan. During this, the story of spiritual and cultural heritage of UP was seen on LED. CM Yogi praised the newly constructed Shri Ram Temple, Kashi Vishwanath Dham, Lok Bhavan, Vidhan Bhavan, Deepotsav etc. after seeing the glory story. Assembly Speaker Satish Mahana told the CM about the special features of this place. During this, Finance Minister Suresh Khanna, Women Welfare and Child Development Nutrition Minister Babyrani Maurya, Tourism Minister Jaiveer Singh, Higher Education Minister Yogendra Upadhyay and many MLAs etc. were also present.
