UP Flood: 35 villages surrounded by flood of Ghaghra river, evacuating houses and migrating to safer places

UP flood: Due to the continuous rains in many areas of Uttar Pradesh for the last few days and the release of water from the dams, many areas of the state have come under its grip. Ghaghra river has once again taken its formidable form in district Barabanki. With the rise in the water level, the people of 35 villages in two tehsils are most affected. The officers of the district administration have issued high alert in the villages and instructed the villagers to vacate the village. In view of the danger of flood, the villagers are migrating from the village with their necessities and have started looking for a higher safe place. At present, the district administration is engaged in collecting the figures of the flood victims.
