Lucknow: UP CM Yogi Adityanath took part in the discussion on Budget 2024-25 in the Assembly on Saturday. In his address, he gave important information about the biggest budget of the UP government. Also, through the couplets of Rahim and Tulsidas, the leaders made strong attacks on the opposition party. He compared the budget of 2024-25 with that of 2016-17. Amidst the slogans of Jai Shri Ram, he expressed happiness over all the eminent personalities of the country including Chaudhary Charan Singh being honored with Bharat Ratna and also greeted all the 93 members who took part in the budget discussion.
CM Yogi said that the result of the better investment environment that has been created in Uttar Pradesh is that on February 19, we are going to organize an investment program of more than Rs 10 lakh crore in the state through a ground breaking ceremony. This shows that the youth here were equipped with talent and had aspirations, but the leadership of the state did not have the will to do something. There was no thinking, no vision, there was a state of inaction, policy inertia. Today we have been successful in making Uttar Pradesh a revenue surplus state.
