The budget session of Uttar Pradesh Legislature will start today i.e. from Friday. Governor Anandiben Patel will present the address in the joint session of the Legislature at 11.00 am. The Governor’s address will be read out at 12.30 pm. The proceedings of the House will be adjourned on February 3 after the condolence motion on the death of BJP MLA Manvendra Singh and SP MLA SP Yadav. Finance Minister Suresh Khanna will present the budget proposal for the financial year 2024-25 in the Assembly on February 5. The budget session of the Legislature will continue till February 12. Let us tell you that decisions regarding the conduct of proceedings were taken in the meeting of the Business Advisory Committee of the Assembly held a day earlier i.e. on Thursday. This time the proceedings of the House will continue on Saturday also.
