Two cases related to Gyanvapi complex will be heard in Varanasi court today.
Hearing of two cases including ban on worship in the basement of Vyas ji located in Gyanvapi complex will be held today. On behalf of the Masjid Committee, advocate Raees Ahmed Ansari has applied in the District Judge’s court that he will file a revision in the Allahabad High Court against the order of worship in Gyanvapi. It will take time to prepare the revision. Therefore, the implementation of the order of January 31 should be postponed for at least 15 days. Apart from this, the original suit of the year 1991 in the ancient idol Lord Vishveshwar case is to be heard in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division Fast Track Court and the deceased plaintiff Harihar Pandey is to be declared dead on file. On the demand of Shailendra Pathak Vyas, the District Judge’s court has ordered the worship in the basement of Vyasji located in Gyanvapi. A hearing will be held on Monday on the plaintiff’s objection to the application by Anjuman Intejamia Masjid Committee against this order in the court of in-charge Sessions Judge Anil Singh.
